Warm Brie & Tomato – Oven warmed creamy French Brie cheese sprinkled with fresh cracked black pepper and the ripest, reddest tomatoes. Tarragon Chicken – Oven roasted boneless, skinless chicken breast seasoned with fresh tarragon and herbs de Provence carved to perfection with Dijon, lettuce, tomato & our own homemade vinaigrette. Tartine de Chevre ‑ French goat cheese blended with crushed garlic, herbs de Provence, extra virgin olive oil, layered on baguette & lightly broiled. Served open faced with sliced tomatoes and drizzled with our own vinaigrette. Saucisson et Cornichons: A Paris commuters favorite- Saucisson salame & imported French sour pickles served on a buttered warm baguette. Something different for us but surprisingly delicious! Croque Monsieur - Ham & imported Swiss cheese served open faced with sliced tomatoes and seasoned with our own vinaigrette. Veggie Special -Hummus, Olive Tapenade, Roasted Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Cucumbers & Romaine served on French Baguette, drizzled with our own vinaigrette. Hot Dog a la Parisienne: French style hot dog nestled in a crispy baguette and smeared with spicy Dijon mustard. Hmm Hmm good!!

mushrooms and tomatoes. This one will go down in the books as one of the best.
#4 Terpsichore the Whirler. You’ll feel like dancing after this zesty
dish of cheese, avocado, green chili, sour cream and a side of salsa.
#5 Melpomene the Songstress. This tasty mix of chicken, cheese,
spinach and caramelized mushrooms will set you singing.
#6 The Aegean. The muses sailed the sea while dining on Maine crabmeat and rock shrimp in a garlic cream sauce
