Dinner Salad – Tossed green salad with tomatoes and cucumbers served with vinaigrette.

Chicken Salad – Tarragon Chicken, mixed greens, tomatoes and cucumbers served with vinaigrette.

Bozeman Special – Mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, apples and granola tossed in vinaigrette.

Caesar Salad – Fresh romaine, croutons and Parmesan cheese tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing.

Pear Salad – Mixed greens, Bosc pears, candied walnuts and blue cheese tossed in our vinaigrette.

CranApple Salad – Apples, dried cranberries and mixed greens tossed in vinaigrette.  

 


Sandwiches
All served with a side salad

Warm Brie & Tomato – Oven warmed creamy French Brie cheese sprinkled with fresh cracked black pepper and the ripest, reddest tomatoes.
Tarragon Chicken – Oven roasted boneless, skinless chicken breast seasoned with fresh tarragon and herbs de Provence carved to perfection with Dijon, lettuce, tomato & our own homemade vinaigrette.
Tartine de Chevre ‑ French goat cheese blended with crushed garlic, herbs de Provence, extra virgin olive oil, layered on baguette & lightly broiled. Served open faced with sliced tomatoes and drizzled with our own vinaigrette.
Saucisson et Cornichons: A Paris commuters favorite- Saucisson salame & imported French sour pickles served on a buttered warm baguette. Something different for us but surprisingly delicious!
Croque Monsieur - Ham & imported Swiss cheese served open faced with sliced tomatoes and seasoned with our own vinaigrette.
Veggie Special -Hummus, Olive Tapenade, Roasted Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Cucumbers & Romaine served on French Baguette, drizzled with our own vinaigrette.
Hot Dog a la Parisienne: French style hot dog nestled in a crispy baguette and smeared with spicy Dijon mustard. Hmm Hmm good!!

Tuna Panini – Albacore tuna mixed with mayonnaise, celery and our own spices served on a baguette.

Egg Salad Sandwich – Our own secret recipe for the very best egg salad served with lettuce and tomato.

Ham Panini – Boar’s Head Black Forrest ham with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, Dijon and vinaigrette.

Turkey Panini – Boar’s Head honey roasted turkey with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, Dijon and vinaigrette.


Savory Crepes

#1 Bon Jour. Start your day with this breakfast crêpe filled with eggs, bacon, jack and cheddar cheese and our seasoned potatoes.
#2 Thalia, the Muse of Comedy. A smile a day keeps the blues away. Boar's Head ham, over easy eggs, cheese, and caramelized mushrooms will help you “grin and bear it.”
#3 Clio, the Muse of History. Cheese, spinach, onion, caramelized mushrooms and tomatoes. This one will go down in the books as one of the best.
#4 Terpsichore the Whirler. You’ll feel like dancing after this zesty dish of cheese, avocado, green chili, sour cream and a side of salsa.
#5 Melpomene the Songstress. This tasty mix of chicken, cheese, spinach and caramelized mushrooms will set you singing.
#6 The
Aegean. The muses sailed the sea while dining on Maine
crabmeat and rock shrimp in a garlic cream sauce with white wine and a gentle squeeze of lemon.
#7 Crepe Oscar. Asparagus, Boar's Head ham and eggs topped with hollandaise sauce.
#8 Crepe Cordon Bleu. Chicken, ham, eggs and Swiss topped with hollandaise sauce.

 

Sweet Crepes

#9 Calliope the Fair Voiced. Practice the art of gentle conversation while enjoying a butter, cinnamon and sugar crepe.
#10 Erato the Lovely, the Muse of Love Poetry. You’ll fall in love with our Nutella, banana and strawberry crepe topped with whipped cream.

#11 Euterpe, the Giver of Pleasure. This one will tease your sensibilities with yogurt, honey, walnuts, strawberries, bananas and whipped cream.
#13 Urania, the Muse of Astrology. Climb a stairway to the stars with this lemon curd crepe sprinkled with powered sugar and topped with whipped cream.
#14 Crepe Americane. Our all American with a French twist. Apples, brown sugar and a splash of brandy with French vanilla ice cream.

Crepe Argentine. Dulce de leche, strawberries, bananas and walnuts topped with whipped cream.

Gorgonzola and Walnut Fagottini - Stuffed fagottini pasta in a creamy garlic gorgonzola sauce drizzled with pesto, walnuts and fresh tomatoes
Chicken Tagliatelle with Pistachio Pesto - Tagliatelli pasta in our own creamy basil and pistachio Pesto topped with chicken, pine nuts and fresh tomatoes.
Cappelletti Romagnoli - Little Hats filled with ricotta and romano cheese topped with your choice of either marinara or pesto sauce.
